Sanjay Rawal
Founder Sanjay Rawal has more than a decade’s experience in developing strategy for a diverse array of projects in over forty nations, involving dozens of luminaries, Heads of States, business leaders, government officials, entertainers, and community representatives, crafting specialized initiatives focused on making a measurable impact. Sanjay has assisted in the development, launch and management of a number of high-profile celebrity philanthropic endeavors both domestically and abroad. Sanjay regularly travels to monitor long-term projects in Africa, Southeast Asia, Scandinavia and Latin America. He is on the board of several nonprofits including the Voss Foundation and the Global Syndicate. He has a B.A. in Molecular & Cell Biology and Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an award-winning filmmaker and has been quoted by major media outlets such as the New York Times, CNN and MSNBC.

Sarah Kafka
Director of Strategic Operations, Sarah Kafka, has worked with an array of public, non-profit and private for-profit companies in interactive, multi-disciplinary projects. She was part of the management team of Batonga and Yele Haiti Foundation and was involved in outreach, administration, communications, partner relations, project management, press and events. Sarah has a degree in International Relations from Tufts University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia University.

Jennifer Hickman
Director of Development, Jennifer Hickman, brings a vast wealth of project management experience to the Illumine Group. With recent work that involved development of senior living communities over $100MM in size on behalf of for-profit and not-for-profit entities, Jennifer delivers a broad knowledge of due diligence, project design, structured finance and budget management to Illumine’s clients. Jennifer began her career in teaching at Phillips Academy at Andover Massachusetts. More recently, Jennifer lived in Singapore and worked for the American-based internet start-up, Homeview, which focused on the delivery of New Media Technologies. She was responsible for developing client and strategic relationships in selected countries in S.E. Asia. Jennifer holds a history degree from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.

Natabara Rollosson
Natabara has over ten year’s experience in high-level production of events, initiatives and multimedia features. From his most recent work for the United Nations Development Programme in exploring critical issues of faith and environment to his championing of children’s rights through UNICEF, Natabara has worked with a number of groundbreaking luminaries including President Nelson Mandela and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon.  Natabara’s work has spanned advocacy, media, education, policy and film/video. His PSA and documentary work has involved Angelina Jolie, Edward Norton, Harrison Ford, Sting, Alanis Morissette, Julia Roberts, Richard Gere, and Brad Pitt. Most recently, he directed Challenging Impossibility, a documentary short exploring the inner aspects of physical strength, which stars celebrated bodybuilders, strongmen and Olympians, Bill Pearl, Frank Zane, Hugo Girard and Carl Lewis.

Maria Rapestskaya

Maria has been in the motion graphics and design industry for over 15 years, collecting a client list that includes NBC Universal, Discovery Networks, National Hockey League and the United Nations.  Her professional and personal work has been internationally recognized, with industry awards such as Tellys and BDAs, along with publications and public screenings. (See her sample reel). Since 2004, Maria has worked independently within innovative boutique studio models. She is currently focused on expanding Undefined Creative, merging her creative, technical and practical talents to build a truly unique design shop with a socially conscious backbone. In addition, Maria teaches motion graphics and digital design at NYU and at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She recently organized a collaborative thesis project that partners students with non-profit groups to produce pro-bono, original content for socially responsible and green causes. She’s personally involved with multiple non-profits geared at professional volunteering, including Catch-A-Fire and NYCares, and community-based international arts and education programs.  In her spare time, she is an avid traveler and aspiring fine art photographer.
